We strive to create a work environment that suits your work preferences and lifestyle.  We do not have a formal “time off” policy for employees, nor do we mandate any particular hours/schedule. Instead, we trust our people to be accountable for the results they’ve been hired to achieve and to deliver those results on time by working the way they choose.  We measure our employees based on their productivity, not the number of hours worked.  We encourage our employees to monitor their own well-being and take time off as needed.  Due to the nature of client-facing work, however, specific roles (Project Manager included) must be prepared to match much of their working hours with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our team’s accessibility.
